Girls and women pay the highest price for the economic crisis, whereas they could just as well play a key role in its solution . While women lose their position on the job market, little girls are being taken away from school so they can work. Since the crisis there are less people who want to invest in the education of their daughter, although this could be the solution to the crisis. Whole families and communities could benefit from the education of the girls and the opportunities it provides.
