Belgian people remove their black money from foreign bank accounts back to Belgium, because they fear new international rules concerning the banking secrecy and the tax paradises. The government introduced a procedure for a spontaneous regularisation of black income. Our population now massively uses this procedure to transfer their black money back to Belgian accounts. The tax collectors office is very pleased, and expects this repatriation of black money to be the biggest since the amnesty in 2004.
