All this leads to a conclusion of inflation.
However, policy Makers don't seem to agree on this matter.
Last month, several Banks took measures to decrease
the risk of an economic downturn.

Five sentences, not four. Good start, using a question. The final sentence is a bit vague, though. Try to end on a clear note, preferably one that answers more clearly the question you started out with.
